I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean but had issues with dirty water from the previous suites. However, I encountered some issues with the broken AC and experienced lackluster customer service. The location, across the mall in Tijuana, was convenient but the loud music from the nearby shopping center was a downside. The dining experience with grilled Teppanyaki fish was satisfactory. The facilities were decent, meeting my basic needs.
